Delete your Ideario account

Ideario is made by iVision Studios, LLC. You can delete your Ideario account and everything in it at any time, from the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Ideario and sign in.
2. Tap You, then Your data.
3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password, and confirm.

If you pay through Google Play, also cancel the subscription in the Play Store app, under Payments and subscriptions.

Or ask us by email

Write to hello@ideario.io from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, then delete it within 7 days.

What's deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password, profile photo, and sign-in settings.
• All your ideas, with their conversations, write-ups, versions, folders, and notes.
• Your comments and reactions, and your access to ideas other people shared with you.
• What Ideario remembers about you, and your usage counts.

It's removed from the live service straight away and from backups within 30 days. Ideas other people shared with you stay with their owners.

What we keep

• Payment records (amounts, dates, and invoices), for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Card details are held by our payment provider, never by us.
• Messages you sent to our support team, so we can finish any open request. Ask us and we'll delete those too.

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to close your account to remove things. In the app you can delete any single idea (with its conversation and write-up), your profile photo, or a memory note. You can download everything first from Your data.

To have something removed that you can't delete yourself, write to hello@ideario.io and tell us what. We'll do it within 7 days.
