Privacy Policy

Your ideas are yours. Ideario exists to help you think them through, not to mine them. This page explains what we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, email address, and a secure hash of your password.
• Your ideas: what you type or say, the conversation with Ideario, and the documents it writes with you.
• Basic usage: how many messages and voice minutes you use, so we can apply your plan's limits, and technical logs that help us keep the service running.
• Billing: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How your ideas are processed

To reply to you, Ideario Intelligence works with the relevant part of your conversation. The service providers that help run it are under contract not to train on your ideas or use them for anything else. We don't sell your data and we don't use your ideas to advertise to you.

If you turn on memory, Ideario keeps short notes about you across ideas so its suggestions get better. You can see, edit, and delete them, and memory never appears in anything you share.

Sharing

Nothing is shared unless you share it. When you invite someone to an idea, they see that idea only, never your other ideas, your folders, or what Ideario remembers about you.

How long we keep things

Your ideas stay until you delete them or close your account. When you delete your account we remove your data from the live service straight away and from backups within 30 days. We keep your ideas, their conversations and their versions until you delete them. We may delete Free accounts that haven't been used for 12 months; we'll email you at least 30 days before, so you can sign in to keep it or download everything.

Your choices

• Export your ideas at any time.
• Delete a single idea, or your whole account, from Settings.
• Ask us what we hold about you, or correct it, by writing to hello@ideario.io.
