How we protect your ideas
Your ideas are personal. Here's what happens to them, in plain words.
Never sold, never used for ads
Your ideas aren't for sale, and we don't use them to advertise to you.
Not used to train AI
The AI services that help run Ideario are under contract not to train on your ideas or use them for anything else.
Shared only when you share
Nothing is shared unless you share it. People you invite see that idea only, never your other ideas, folders, or memory.
Our staff can't see them
Nobody at Ideario can see your ideas unless you share one with them.
A private folder, locked
Your private folder opens only with your device's own lock (Face ID or Touch ID on Apple devices, your fingerprint, face, or screen lock on Android, or Windows Hello) or a security key, and API keys and connected assistants never see it.

Support requests never include your ideas.

Always over HTTPS
Everything between you and Ideario travels over HTTPS, and browsers are told never to use plain HTTP.
A database the internet can't reach
Your ideas live in a database that's never reachable from the internet. It runs on a private network, with only the app.
Backed up every night
Backups run every night to a separate machine that only Ideario's owners can access.
You're in control
Your ideas stay yours, for as long as you want them and not a day longer.
Take everything with you
Export your ideas any time, from Settings.
Delete means delete
Delete one idea or your whole account from Settings. It's gone from the live service at once, and from backups within 30 days.
No tracking cookies
We count visits without cookies, and the count never includes your ideas or your email.
