Paying through the App Store or Google Play

In the iPhone app, plans and top-ups are paid through the App Store, at Apple's prices. In the Android app, they're paid through Google Play.

• To change or cancel, open You › Plan and usage and tap Manage in the App Store or Manage in Google Play.
• New phone, or reinstalled the app? On iPhone, tap Restore purchases on the plans screen. On Android, your plan comes back on its own when you open the app.
• A store purchase belongs to the Ideario account it was bought for.

Refunds for store purchases are up to Apple or Google, under their rules, so ask them. When they refund, your plan or top-up is updated to match, and a refunded top-up's remaining credit is removed. Ideario's own 7-day refund doesn't cover store purchases.

Each plan is managed where it was bought.
