Keeping your top-up

Your top-up stays with your account, even if you move to Free, as long as you sign in at least once every 2 years. Each time you sign in, or use the app while you're signed in, the 2 years start again.

If it's been almost 2 years, we email you 30 days before your unused top-up would expire, with the day it would. Sign in any time before then and it stays. We send it once for each date.

It's an email about your own purchase, so it comes even if you turned off tips. It never shows an amount: to see what's left, open the tab with your name, then Plan and usage, and look at the Top-up left bar.
