Deleting your account

Open You › Your data, tap Delete my account, and confirm it's you: type your password, or, if you sign in with Google or Apple, enter a code from your authenticator app (two-step on) or sign in with Google or Apple again. Then tap Delete everything. This can't be undone, so download your data first if you want a copy.

It removes your account, every idea with its conversations, write-ups, and versions, your folders, your comments and reactions, and your access to ideas others shared with you. Those ideas stay with their owners.

If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there too.

Can't do it in the app? Email hello@ideario.io from the address on your account. We'll confirm it's you, then delete it within 7 days.
