What the Ideario team can see

Our team can't open your ideas. Like anyone else, a team member could see an idea only if you invited them to it.

When you ask for help, we see your account details, like your email, plan, and billing, and what you write to us. If you started with Ideario Help, that chat comes along so you don't have to repeat yourself. Ideario Help knows about your account, like your plan and usage, but never what's in your ideas.

When someone reports a shared idea, the team sees the report and which idea it's about, but never the idea's title, write-up, or chat.
