Using folders

Folders group your ideas the way your mind already does. Open the Folders tab and tap New folder, or start with a suggestion like Side projects, Someday, or Work.

To put an idea in a folder, open it, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose Move to…, or swipe the idea left in a list. Type a name to find a folder or make a new one. Take out of its folder puts it back in no folder.

• Drag folders into the order you like.
• Rename or delete a folder from its options. Deleting a folder keeps its ideas; they just won't be grouped.
• You can have up to 50 folders.

Folders come with Plus and Pro. If you move to Free, you can still open, tidy, or delete the folders you have.
