Pinning, archiving, and deleting ideas

In a list of ideas on your phone, swipe right to pin, or swipe left to move, archive, or delete. You can also press and hold an idea for the same options. On a computer, use the ⋯ button on the idea.

• Pin to the top keeps an idea at the front of your lists. Pins come with Plus and Pro.
• Archive tucks an idea away without deleting it. Find it under Archived in Ideas, where you can restore it. On Free, archived ideas don't count toward your 3.
• Delete removes the idea with its conversation and document. This can't be undone.

After you archive an idea, Undo shows for a moment in case you change your mind.
