How our emails look
Every email from Ideario is a white card with the Ideario name at the top. The small colored tile beside it tells you what the email is about at a glance:
- Blue: your account, like confirming your email or choosing a new password, and replies to your help requests.
- Violet: your welcome, and tips if you asked for them.
- Green: people, like an invite to someone's idea or a friend who joined through your invite.
- Indigo: your plan, like a new plan, a change, or a refund.
- Orange: a payment that didn't go through. Your ideas are safe either way.
Each email has one button. If it doesn't open, the link is right under it to paste into your browser. If your phone or computer is set to dark mode, most email apps show a dark version.
Our emails come from mailer@ideario.io, and their links go to ideario.io. We never ask for your password by email. If something looks off, forward it to hello@ideario.io.
