Mentioning someone in a comment
To make sure someone sees a comment on a shared idea, tag them: type @ in the comment box, then tap their name. Ideario offers the people on the idea as you type, and puts their name in for you. You can also type it yourself, like @Ana, or the full name if two people share a first name.
How they find out:
- The bell at the top of their Home gets a dot, and the notification says you mentioned them. Tapping it opens the idea.
- If they haven't opened Ideario since, the daily activity digest email tells them, in the early evening their time.
Mentions show in the comment in color, so everyone can see who it's for. Only people on the idea can be mentioned. Everyone else on the idea still hears there's a new comment.
