Changing your password

Open the tab with your name, then Security, and tap Change password.

Type your current password, then the new one twice. It needs at least 10 characters. Tap Save password.

You stay signed in on the device you used, and every other device signs out, so anyone else using your account is out too. We email you to say your password changed. If you get that email and it wasn't you, use its link to choose a new password right away.

If the current password isn't right, we say so and nothing changes. After a few wrong tries in a row, wait a moment before trying again.

Forgot your current password? Tap Email me a link under the form, and choose a new one with the link we send. It works for the next hour.

Signed up with Google or Apple and have no password yet? Security shows Set a password instead, which emails you a link to choose one.
