Trouble signing in

Here's what to try:

• Your code doesn't match: use the newest code from the Ideario entry in your authenticator app.
• Lost your phone: tap Lost your phone? Use a backup code, and enter one of the backup codes you saved. Each one works once.
• Sign-in is paused: after too many tries, it pauses for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again with the newest code.
• Forgot your password: tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. Reset links work once and expire after an hour.
• Continue with Apple or Google says there's already an account: sign in with your password and confirm your email, and then Apple or Google will work too.
