Sign in and security

Signing in with email, Google, or Apple

Your Ideario account works everywhere: on the web, in the iPhone app, and in the Android app. Sign in with your email and password, or tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, and you'll see the same ideas on every device.

A new account made with Google or Apple starts with its email already confirmed. If you already have an Ideario account with the same confirmed email, you're signed in to that account.

In the iPhone app, Continue with Google opens a sign-in sheet. Choose your Google account (if you're already signed in to Google in Safari, it's one tap), and you're back in the app, signed in. Closing the sheet changes nothing.

If your account uses two-step sign-in, Google and Apple ask for your code too, on the same screen as after your password. You're signed in only once the code (or a backup code) is right.

Made your account with Google or Apple? You can add a password too: open You › Security, tap Set a password, and use the link we email you. Then you can sign in with your email as well.

Deleting your Ideario account also disconnects Sign in with Apple.

Still stuck?

Ask Ideario Help. If it can’t fix it, one tap sends it to a person, who replies by email.

Or email hello@ideario.io.
