Opening a link on your phone or computer

When someone sends you an invite to an idea or a friend's invite link, or you open sign-up or sign-in, the page offers the right app for your device:

• **On an iPhone or iPad:** the App Store comes first. Tap Continue in the browser to stay on the web instead.
• **On Android:** Google Play comes first, with Continue in the browser under it.
• **On a computer:** the page works as usual, with a QR code beside it. Scan it with your phone's camera to open the same link there. It opens in the app if you have it, or on the web with your phone's store.

An invite to an idea waits for you when you sign up in the app with the email it went to. The page shows the start of that address, so you know which one to use.

On iPhone, a friend's invite link also shows a short code. Type it in Friend's code when you sign up in the app, so your friend gets credit for inviting you.
