Read your write-up, or work on it
Every write-up has two ways to see it. The two words at the top, Read and Work on it, switch between them.
- Read is the clean page: what Ideario heard you say, your own words quoted large, what you've decided, and your sections. No highlights, buttons, or open questions.
- Work on it is the same page with the buttons to add and edit, the highlights on what changed, and Undo.
Ideario opens the one that fits where you are. While you're talking an idea through, or right after Ideario updates it, the page opens in Work on it. Come back to an idea you haven't touched for a week, and it opens in Read, so you see it whole first. Your last choice stays with the idea, on all your devices.
Someone you shared an idea with to view only sees it in Read, with no switch. Downloads look like Read too.
Read and Work on it take the place of the Show button and the View section in Write-up settings. To see the highlights on what changed, pick Work on it. Who wrote what and Changes by are gone too. On a shared idea, the dot on a change still says whose message it came from.
At the top of the page, the opening is what Ideario heard: your words, quoted, and then what you've decided, in plain sentences, not Decided tags. The kind of idea and the Where it stands box aren't at the top any more.
